This is the fourth and final revision of the 15” LCD Apple Studio Display, introduced at Macworld NY 2000 alongside the new Power Mac G4 Cube. It was preceded by the original (dark blue), second-revision (‘Blue & White’), and third-revision (‘Graphite’) models. All of the prior models used a different form factor with a removable stand and optional ‘portrait’ configuration, whereas this version features the same acrylic three-piece stand design as the larger Cinema Display.
It contains Graphite-colored (blue-gray) Apple logos on the front and rear - likely corresponding to, and manufactured during, the timespan of the Graphite-cased family of Power Mac G4s (1999 - 2001).
